Breast

Feminine self-image

The breast is a symbol of femininity and of special importance for every woman. Already during puberty, some women suffer from deformed breasts or breasts that are too small or too large. The discomfort makes them feel more self-conscious and inhibited during sports, at the beach or during intimate situations. For many women, beautiful, firm breasts are an unfulfilled dream.

I will gladly answer all your questions in a professional, understanding consultation from woman to woman.

Breast Lift

If you are satisfied with your cup size, but the breasts sag due to weak tissue or following pregnancy and weight loss, a breast lift gives the desired firmness and shape. Visible scars are unavoidable but will fade under proper scar treatment. Reshaping can also help to correct minor breast asymmetries.

In most cases, a breastlift can be performed under local anaesthesia in an outpatient procedure. Sometimes a proper fullness can only be achieved using an implant additionally. In that case, the operation is done in the clinic under general anaesthesia.

Breast Reduction

Excessively large breasts often are more than just a cosmetic problem, and a breast reduction not only gives patients a smaller, more proportionate breast but also a new lease on life.

Breast reduction surgery removes excess fat, glandular tissue and skin, the nipples are reduced and elevated to a better position, and the breast is reshaped. Low-scar operative methods are used to keep the scars, which run around the areola and vertically towards the fold of the breast, as small as possible. The surgery does not affect feeling in the breast or the ability to breastfeed. You can leave the clinic after two days and can expect full recovery in two to three weeks. A supporting bra must be worn for five to six weeks.

Breast implants

Breast augmentation is the most common cosmetic procedure. Decisive elements for a beautiful, natural result include precise planning, perfection during surgery and the quality of the implants. The size, shape and position of the implants, as well as the incision site, are selected in accordance with the patient’s wishes and in line with the natural contour of the breast and the body. Today, a routine exchange of the implants is no longer necessary. The operation is performed as an inpatient procedure under general anaesthesia. You can return to work after one week. A special bra must be worn for a period of five weeks after the procedure.

Breast Lipofilling

Breast augmentation with autologous fat tissue is the natural alternative to breast implants for a minor enlargement up to one cup size. Fat is harvested from a suitable donorsite and is reinjected into the breast. You will also benefit from the liposuction at the donor site.

The operation is performed under local anesthesia in an outpatient procedure. A sports-bra and a compression garment should be worn for a period of 3 weeks.

Inverted Nipples

Inverted nipples can be corrected easily und local anesthesie in an outpatient procedure. Inverted nipples are caused by mammary ducts that are too short.  For that reason  they have to be cut so breast feeding will not be possible after such operation. The small scar on the lower edge of the nipple is almost unvisible.

Decollete

The skin of the cleavage area is often damaged due to exposure to the sun and due to the aging process. This damage will result in wrinkling and loss of volume and elasticity of the skin.

The treatment with autologeous fat (Lipofilling) or PRP (Platelet rich plasma)  could be helpful in restoring the subcutaneous fullness and skin quality due to growth factors and stemcells.
